(hereinafter “Kas Manta,”, “KasManta.com,” “we” or “us”) in the process of providing this website, services, information, tools, functionality, updates and similar materials (collectively, the “Services”), how we use it, with whom the information may be shared, what choices are available to you regarding collection, use and distribution of information and our efforts to protect the information you provide to us through the Services. By using the Services, you hereby consent to allow us to process information in accordance with this Policy. We do our best to keep your data safe and protect your personal details that we need in order to provide our services. Your privacy is important to us, and you have placed trust in us by using our services. We value that trust.

What data do we collect?KasManta.com uses Google Analytics to track (real-time) website data. In order to comply with the GDPR law however, the data is collected and kept for a period of 26 months, before being fully deleted automatically, a data processing amendment with Google has been made and accepted and finally, no data will be shared with other Google services.

KasManta.com uses Facebook Pixel for retargeting and analyzing purposes. It is a tiny piece of JavaScript code that we have incorporated into some of our webpages. This piece of code provides a series of functions for transmitting application-specific events and user-defined data to Facebook. In order to comply with the GDPR law, the data is collected for 30 days, starting at each unique visit to our website. 

When you comply with being entered into our customer system, we may keep data in the form of your name, sex, address, email address and telephone number, none of which is shared with third parties. 

When you book a vacation rental object via our online system, we may keep data in the form of your name, address, email address and telephone number, none of which is shared with third parties.

How do we protect your personal information?We take technical and organizational measures to guard against unauthorized or unlawful processing of your personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, your personal data. We believe the measures implemented by us reduce our vulnerability to security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved. Note that, despite the measures taken by us and the third parties we engage, the Internet is not secure. 

NewslettersIf you provide us with your e-mail address, you will receive our newsletter, which is an integral part of the services we provide.
